NAVIG8 LEAVING CARE SERVICE

Navig8 provides transitional support to young people between 14 and 25 years who are leaving or have left the care of the Department of Child Protection and Family Support (CPFS). This service provides practical support and advice with developing life skills, career planning, job seeking and further education and/or training. NavIg8 assists with advocacy with government agencies and/or other community organisations where required during the transition process.
