Young House

Open 24 hours a day, this crisis accommodation centre provides a safe place for young people from 15 to 25 years of age who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Albany Youth Outreach

Young people aged between 12 and 18 who are in crisis or experiencing a difficult journey through adolescence can access the support of our full-time outreach youth worker in Albany.

Open Access Youth Arts Studio

Open Access Youth Arts Studio is open four afternoons each week, providing a safe, supportive space where young people can get creative and bring ideas to life.

The Albany Youth Centre is a safe and supportive space for young people to receive support, participate in activities (including music, games, art, life skill programs and more ) or just hang-out in a relaxed, youth friendly, all-inclusive environment.

Denmark Youth Outreach

This service is offered three days a week in the Shire of Denmark for young people aged between 12 and 18 who are in crisis or experiencing a difficult journey through adolescence.

Operating three days per week, Broomhill / Tambellup Youth Outreach provides early intervention support to young people to prevent and address crises.

This free program supports young people aged 12 to 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them to reconcile with their family within a safe and supportive environment.

When young people are ready to leave Young House, the Supported Housing Outreach and Tenancy (SHOT) program provides a safe stepping stone towards independent living.

Navig8

Navig8 helps young people from 14 to 25 years of age who have lived in child protection care, foster care or group homes. The three-phase program helps them live independently in the community.
