This outreach support service is available to young people living in the Shire of Broomhill / Tambellup and surrounding areas who may be in crisis or experiencing a difficult journey through adolescence.
Operating three days per week, Broomhill / Tambellup Youth Outreach provides early intervention support to young people to prevent and address crises. The program provides:
- Mentoring to enhance relationships with family and others
- Information and advocacy to enhance young people’s health and wellbeing
- Referrals and support to access specialist services, including AYSA homelessness services
- Support to establish connections to activities and the community
This service is funded by the Shire of Broomhill / Tambellup and managed by AYSA.
Who it’s for?
Young people aged between 12 and 25.
Location
Broomhill / Tambellup Youth Outreach is based at The Zone.
