Within a safe and supportive environment, Reconnect helps young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to reconcile with their families.
This free early intervention program for young people aged 12 to 18 years helps to build bridges and foster new ties between young people and their families. It also strengthens their connections with the community, and improves their engagement with work, education and training.
Through Reconnect, our outreach youth workers provide mentoring, advocacy, case management, family mediation, leadership and confidence activities, camps, and referrals to specialist services such as family counselling.
The service is available to young people in Albany, Denmark and Mt Barker.
Who it’s for?
Young people aged 12 to 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and their families.
