DENMARK YOUTH OUTREACH

The Denmark Youth Outreach Youth Worker supports young people 12 to 18 years of age to prevent crisis. This service is provided to any young person in crisis or experiencing difficulty with family, school, mental health and relationships. The Youth Worker assists with relationships, access to educational supports, referrals to appropriate services where required, advocacy and mentoring. The program is available to young people residing within the Shire of Denmark.
