ALBANY YOUTH OUTREACH

The Albany Youth Outreach Youth Workers support young people 12 to 18 years of age to prevent crisis. This service is provided to any young person in crisis or experiencing difficulty with family, school, mental health and relationships. Youth Workers assist with relationships, access to educational supports, referrals to appropriate services where required, advocacy and mentoring. This program is available to young people who reside within Albany and surrounds. Various supports can be offered to young people across the Great Southern.
